Use the "Exclude days" checkboxes to automatically remove Saturdays, Sundays, or Fridays from the date range. For specific national or institutional holidays, enter the dates in the "Extra Holidays" field in YYYY-MM-DD format, separated by commas. Those dates will be excluded from the attendance grid.

There is no limit on students - add as many names as needed. For dates, the tool supports up to 62 working days in a single sheet to keep it printable. For longer periods, generate separate sheets per month. For printing a large class, use landscape orientation in the print dialog for better fit.

P = Present count, A = Absent count, % = Attendance percentage for that student. These columns are blank in the printed sheet - they are meant to be filled in manually after marking attendance each day. At the end of the month, count P and A, calculate percentage (P ÷ Total Days × 100), and fill them in.
