Prescription Template FAQ

A standard Indian prescription includes: doctor's name, qualification, registration number, clinic name and address; patient's name, age, sex and date; the Rx symbol followed by drug name, dose, frequency and duration. Our template formats all of these into a print-ready layout.

1-0-1 means morning-afternoon-night dosing: one tablet in the morning and one at night. 1-1-1 = three times daily. 0-0-1 = only at night. This shorthand is widely used in Indian prescriptions.
